Irene Lee is a partner at Russ August & Kabat, where she focuses her practice on all aspects of intellectual property, including patent, trademark, copyright protection through registration, enforcement, and licensing. She has extensive experience in trademark and copyright prosecution and litigation with an emphasis on global brand expansion and content management. As a registered patent attorney, Lee also counsels clients concerning patent litigation and monetization with an eye toward building value to their overall business focus.
