Elizabeth Brink’s professional background combines more than 20 years of communications and business strategy experience with architecture, planning, and workplace design expertise. As co-regional managing principal for Gensler’s Southwest Region, she has oversight over projects, operations, and more than 1,000 designers across the firm’s six offices in the region. She is also global work sector leader for the firm, providing essential guidance on transformational workplace strategies to clients.
Brink’s strength is in developing high-performance, people-focused workplaces that leverage both changing technologies and shifting employee expectations.
