She was a key part of the trial team that obtained a complete jury verdict in Musk’s favor and avoided plaintiff’s claim for $190 million in alleged damages due to supposed defamatory statements on Twitter. She also defended SoftBank Vision Fund in litigation brought by The We Company and Adam Neumann arising from the termination of a $3 billion tender offer, obtaining dismissal with prejudice of breach of fiduciary duty claims on motions to dismiss, and settlement on the eve of trial.
