Rachel Fiset is an elite attorney with almost 20 years of experience in white collar criminal defense, government investigations, and complex litigation. Her career has spanned work in Big Law (Quinn Emanuel, Arent Fox, Alston & Bird) as well as the founding of her own law firm, Zweiback Fiset & Zalduendo (ZFZ Law), where she has served as managing partner since 2018.

Fiset has achieved outstanding results for individuals accused of healthcare fraud, political corruption, bribery, SEC violations, real estate investment fraud, environmental violations, import/export violations, money laundering, copyright infringement and theft of trade secrets. Rachel has been involved in several of the highest profile investigations and cases in the Central District of California. For example, Fiset recently represented an energy rating company
against a national accreditation agency in a lawsuit in federal district court alleging due process and fair procedure violations.
