MaryBeth Heydt’s career is a testament to uncommon leadership, insight, business acumen and keen ability among her peers in the commercial real estate industry. For over 25 years, she has been helping to shape the commercial real estate industry in Los Angeles and beyond, closing approximately $1 billion in purchase and sale transactions around the country, and over $2 billion in workout and lending transactions.
In the last twelve months, Heydt served as the managing attorney over a large commercial real estate loan LIBOR conversion project for two portfolio lender clients, modifying and closing almost 350 commercial real estate loans. During this time frame, she also worked on and managed almost one million square feet of corporate real estate leasing and purchase and sale transactions across the U.S. She also closed over $100 million in commercial real estate loan transactions during this time frame serving as lead or local counsel.
