Wednesday Moore is a lead estimator at Del Amo Construction with over 27 years in the construction industry. She has developed long-standing relationships with subcontractors, design professionals, and clients by providing proactive value engineering. Moore believes the most important part of the preconstruction phase is to preserve the overall project design intent, while maintaining the clients’ budgets. She has a passion for navigating the relationships between owners, financing entities and end users.
Over the last few years, Moore has worked on a number of high-profile projects, but most notable is The Press, the former Los Angeles Times printing press warehouse and press room, located in Costa Mesa. It is Del Amo Construction’s largest project to date at $140 million. The Press was reimagined into a creative work campus, comprised of 249,000 square feet of warehouse and 112,000 square feet of office building on 21 acres of land.
