At Korn Ferry, Nahas’ primary focus is consulting and advising boards on governance, succession, effectiveness and recruiting. Her clients range from private to mid-cap and Fortune 100 companies in a range of industries. Nahas serves on the board of DineEquity Inc. Active in civic groups, she recently completed a three-year term as chair of the board of the United Way of Greater Los Angeles and she serves on the board of advisors and executive committee for the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Nahas received the Eleanor H. Raynolds Award from the Association of Executive Search Consultants based on a career of excellence in executive search and dedication to volunteerism.
