Fairley leads the integrated design pursuit processes through the permitting phase, working closely with the preconstruction, operations, and design teams to provide insightful feedback when evaluating, developing, and implementing constructible solutions from the documents prepared by the design and engineering teams. She is responsible for managing design risks and opportunities, working with the estimating team to maintain budget and design, developing and monitoring expectations for schedule and quality, and working with the business development team.Â
