Gregory May is the executive vice president and regional managing director for Newmark Knight Frank’s U.S. Southwest Region, comprising about a dozen offices with oversight of more than 300 commercial real estate brokers. He previously was vice president at Transwestern, leasing director of the USAA western region and vice president at the Newport Beach office of CBRE. As a broker, May was among the company’s top performers nationally. He now leads NKF’s brokerage operations for all service lines and manages revenue growth, profitability, client relations, fiduciary governance, strategic planning, top industry recruitment and business development for the company. He also is on the board of NAIOP SoCal.
