The Santa Clarita Valley’s office vacancy rate bumped up in the fourth quarter, reaching 12 percent from 11.5 percent the prior quarter, and compared with 12.9 percent in the year-earlier period. Class A rents stayed flat at $2.67 a square foot, down from $2.68 in the third. More than 14,000 square feet were put back on the market.

-Capital Foresight and Valencia Studios NKG sold production studios with 120,878 square feet at 26030 Avenue Hall and 28343 Avenue Crocker in Valencia to Art Davis and Richard Reilly for $19.3 million.

-CCA Acquisition Co. sold a warehouse of 81,190 square feet at 25371 Rye Canyon Road in Valencia to Bedrock Properties for $8.2 million.

-C-III Asset Management sold a four-building shopping center at 31810 Castaic Road in Castaic to Interra Properties for $61 million.

-LBA Realty sold a 51,000-square-foot warehouse at 28965 Avenue Penn in Valencia to Blackstone Group for $6.5 million.
