Mia Hamm Garciaparra is an entrepreneur and one of the most celebrated women soccer players of all time. She competed with the U.S. women’s national soccer team for 17 years, is a two-time World Cup champion and two-time Olympic gold medalist who still holds the national team record in assists. Along with other notable athletes and celebrities such as basketball legend Earvin “Magic” Johnson and author Tony Robbins, Hamm-Garciaparra created the Los Angeles Football Club, a Major League Soccer club serving the greater L.A. area.
