The office vacancy rate in the Tri-Cities had no change in the third quarter, staying at 12.3 percent, compared with 14.2 percent in the same period in 2015. Class A rents moved up to $3.08 a square foot from $3.06 in the second quarter. The market saw negative net absorption of just under 9,000 square feet. No construction was reported for the period.
-Kennedy Wilson Properties Ltd. sold Ameron Center at 245 S. Los Robles Ave. in Pasadena for $40.5 million to Patrick Chraghchian.
-Equity Title Co. signed a lease for 19,560 square feet at 801 N. Brand Blvd. in Glendale.
-Entertainment Partners took a lease of 125,573 square feet at the Burbank Airport Business Park at 2950 N. Hollywood Way.
