DogVacay Expects Profitability Next Year

Dog sitting service DogVacay is on a $70 million annual revenue run rate and expects to be profitable next year, reports TechCrunch. The company has raised nearly $50 million from investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Benchmark, and First Round Capital.

Boeing Vows to Beat SpaceX to Mars

Boeing Chief Executive Dennis Muilenburg said that he believes the first person to set foot on Mars will be transported there on one of his company’s rockets, reports Bloomberg. Muilenburg also said he sees space tourism “blossoming over the next couple of decades into a viable commercial market,” and low-earth orbit space stations to provide hotel space and micro-gravity manufacturing and research.

Honest Co. Allegedly Makes It Difficult to Cancel Subscriptions

According to more than 150 complaints filed to the Federal Trade Commission, the Honest Co. subscription cancelation process is laborious and difficult to navigate, reports Gizmodo. The company requires customers to call in to cancel subscriptions, but wait times on its customer service line are often up to 30 minutes.
