“Hunger Games” with an all-Chinese cast? It could happen. The film’s distributor, Lions Gate Entertainment, is spearheading a venture to remake films abroad. According to The Wall Street Journal, the studio and nine distributors have agreed to give each other right of first refusal to remake each others’ movies in their respective countries.
