Do you order groceries online?

MONICA DODI

Managing Director

Women’s Venture Capital Fund

Yes. I buy bulky, nonperishable items, such as dog food, beverages, paper products, cleaning products, etc., online as often as I can. It’s great to be able to go food shopping without loading up my shopping cart every time I go – and it makes budgeting easier as well.

My daughter and I don’t order groceries per se online. But we do order food for our pets as well as vitamins and health food supplements regularly from Amazon.com. Not to mention, of course, using online services such as Eat24 when ordering a variety of ethnic dinners to be delivered on weekday nights. We both work late and we don’t cook.

To be honest, I’ve never thought about it. I actually like going to a market or famer’s market.

STEVE HONIG

Yes. I am a devout AmazonFresh user. The amount of time I save is phenomenal; plus, I don’t have to reinvent a new shopping list every week. Online grocery shopping is the best thing since sliced bread – which, incidentally, you can have delivered.

Not yet, but I’m curious to try. As a mother and a CEO of a startup, I find myself running all over town all week long. The last thing I want to do when I get free time is spend it in the grocery store. I would love to order groceries online from a business that is led by women.
