The Hotel Figueroa, one of the oldest hotels downtown, is undergoing a big renovation and, as a result, will be selling off its vintage Moroccan décor, beginning Thursday, LAist reports.

The hotel’s owners plan to get rid of nearly every piece of furniture, artwork and fixtures. The hotel is abandoning its Moroccan style to revert to its original Spanish Mediterranean design.

The sale is scheduled to end Dec. 31.
