What did you do to achieve the company’s growth?

Our goal has been to provide the highest value product with the lowest price tag. The goal is to always lower prices when possible and to add as much value into the product as we can. Concentrating on the value of the product for a hosting company means investing in everything from support resources to proper infrastructure to continually looking for new innovations to bundle in with the service.

How did you manage the growing workload? For example, did you have to add space or move into new facilities?

We are completely virtual, meaning that we do not have an office. This has provided us with the ability to bring on staff members from all across the country and abroad. However, as you can imagine, with now close to 80 individuals, it quickly becomes a challenge to motivate and retain quality talent in a completely remote setting. The logical choice at different points along the way would have been to move into an office. But I continue to believe in the benefits of a completely virtual company. Today, we have a reporting system that keeps track of everyone’s productivity and relates it to customer feedback. This keeps everyone motivated.

What was the biggest challenge

for your staff?

Issues come up as a product reaches more and more customers. Those problems escalate and become larger in a high-growth environment. So it is important to tackle issues early and quickly to make sure that you do not have a bigger problem to deal with later on.

Do you plan on continuing a fast-growth path, or has the time come to slow down a bit?

The only healthy growth plan is growing at a pace that the company can handle. We

believe we will be prepared to address issues should they arise as we grow further. The

culture of our company is one based upon

fast growth.
