, a Westlake Village business-to-business online site offering up weekly deep discount deals for small businesses, has been acquired by a Massachusetts competitor.

The buyer, RapidBuyr of Concord, which offers discounts on business products to small and mid-sized businesses, announced the deal late Tuesday but did not disclose financial terms. was founded in December and launched in May. It was founded by Mark Reese. His LinkedIn profile says he previously was chief operating officer at Razorgator Interactivce, CyberGuard and GSI Commerce.

This is RapidBuyr’s second such acquisition in recent months.
