BUZZ: Lowell Milken has wide interests that span to U.K. and beyond. Heron International commercial real estate firm received approval to build Four Seasons hotel in big mixed-used complex in London. Chairman of Milken Family Foundation involved in education reform. His TAP (System for Teacher and Student Advancement) program provides teacher training and has been recognized by none other than President Obama.
