Ticket Punched: Live Nation Entertainment Inc., a Beverly Hills concert and artist promoter, has announced that its Ticketmaster ticketing division has signed an agreement to acquire ServiCaixa, a ticket retailer in Spain. ServiCaixa was purchased from Barcelona-based savings bank La Caixa. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
New Outpost: Isite Design, a Portland, Ore.-based digital advertising agency, has opened an office in Santa Monica. Ciaran Bossom, managing director, and Marni Borek, director of strategy, will lead the new outpost, at 520 Broadway.

S.C. Pickups: LTC Properties Inc., a Westlake Village-based real estate investment trust that primarily invests in health care-related facilities, has acquired two properties in South Carolina for $11.5 million. One of the properties is a skilled nursing facility with 98 licensed beds. The other is an adjacent “continuum of care” property that includes 20 licensed skilled nursing beds, and 18 cottage and patio homes.
Luxury Purchase: LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton, a Paris-based luxury products group, has acquired Ole Henriksen, a Van Nuys-based botanical skin care company. Ole Henriksen, the company’s founder and namesake, will remain creative director. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Pumped Up: Ornim Inc., a privately held medical device company in Santa Clarita, has received additional clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to market its blood flow monitor. The device, which previously only had clearance for noninvasive monitoring of blood oxygen in the brain or skeletal muscle, can now be marketed as a noninvasive monitor of blood flow in tissue for adults.
Digital Deal: Burbank digital media company 1K Studios has been acquired by Cinram International Inc., a Toronto maker of optical discs. Cinram hopes to use its pickup of 1K, which specializes in digital content such as DVD extra features, to expand its digital delivery services. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Raising Curtain: Commercial director Jim Sonzero has opened a production company, Sonzero Films, in a partnership with West Hollywood photo studio Smashbox Studios. The new company, at 6253 Hollywood Blvd., will provide advertising services and original entertainment content.
DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES
New HQ: Gensler, a global architecture, design and planning firm, is moving its headquarters from Santa Monica to downtown Los Angeles. Gensler is taking the top two floors at the “jewel box” building, 525 S. Flower St., at City National Plaza.
