VICA’s monthly lobbying trips to Sacramento yielded some pretty big dividends for the San Fernando Valley.
The business advocacy group claims a 71 percent success rate on the two dozen bills on which it took a position.
During the legislative session, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger signed 11 bills that VICA supported and vetoed six that it opposed.
