Highlights From Past Year: Joining Robins Kaplan Miller & Ciresi; having my partner Roman Silberfeld obtain a verdict against Disney in a profit participation case relating to “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire” in the amount of $319 million; obtaining summary judgment for the profit participants of “Dharma & Greg” against 20th Century Fox in a $15 million claim.

Longest Workday: Five minutes in a room with one of my former partners.
