Leo A Daly, an Omaha, Neb.-based architecture firm, has named R. Michael Walden vice president and director of design at its downtown Los Angeles office. Previously, Walden was principal and director of design at Nadel Architects, a West L.A. architecture firm.

Stantec, an Edmonton, Alberta-based architectural, design and engineering services firm, has named Andy Nahle a principal in its Woodland Hills office. Previously, Nahle was associate vice president at PBS&J, a Tampa, Fla.-based architectural, design and engineering services firm.

NBBJ, a Seattle-based architecture and design firm, has named Timothy Lambert senior associate, and Jan Szupinski and John Truong associates in its downtown L.A. office. Previously, Lambert was principal, and Szupinski and Truong were associates at Rossetti, a Southfield, Mich.-based architecture and design firm.

American Institute of Architects, a Washington, D.C.-based non-profit industry group, has named Edmund M. Einy to its College of Fellows for his work on behalf of the industry. Einy is a design director in the Pasadena office of Gkkworks, an Irvine-based architecture and design firm.

Gooding & Co., a Santa Monica-based classic car auctioneer, has named Paul Hageman a classic car specialist in its Santa Monica office. Previously, Hageman was partner in Hageman Motorcars LLC, a Kirkland, Wash., classic car dealer.

BANKING & FINANCE

Wells Fargo & Co., a San Francisco-based bank, has named Eric Sohovich senior vice president and senior private banker at its Brentwood bank. Previously, Sohovich was senior vice president at First Regional Bank.

EDUCATION

Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management has named Miriam Y. Lacey director of the master of science in organization development program. Lacey is an associate professor of applied behavioral science at the business school.

Wendy Tucker has been named to the UCLA Brain Injury Research Center Advisory Council and the board of the Department of Neurosurgery. Tucker is a partner in the downtown L.A. office of Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold LLP, a San Francisco-based law firm.

ENTERTAINMENT

Maya Entertainment Group Inc., a downtown L.A. film production and distribution company, has named Elias Axume executive vice president for international distribution. Previously, Axume was executive vice president at Myriad Pictures, a Santa Monica film producer and distributor.

HEALTH CARE

The Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography, a Vienna, Va.-based non-profit advocate for the use of cardiovascular CT diagnostics, has named Dr. Matthew J. Budoff president. Budoff is director of cardiac CT at the Los Angeles Biomedical Research Institute in Torrance.
