Outcast, a Santa Monica-based maker of gas-station digital advertising screens, has named Gregory Dunn sales director, central region, and Michael Mongelluzzo vice president, eastern region. Previously, Dunn and Mongelluzzo were sales directors at NBC Universal.


Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP, a Century City mortgage banking firm, has named Christopher Vittetoe director in its debt placement group. Previously, Vittetoe was a mortgage banker at CapMark Finance Inc. in San Francisco.


Sony Pictures Entertainment in Culver City has named Rod Davis vice president of music business affairs. Previously, Davis was an executive director at SPE., a West Hollywood-based online entertainment network, has named Andy Shapiro vice president of creative development. Previously, Shapiro was a creative executive at Wonderland Sound and Vision, a West Hollywood production company.

Reveille, a Universal City production company, has promoted Jared Tobman to executive vice president of digital and production. Previously, Tobman was senior vice president and executive in charge of production.

Automat Pictures, a Koreatown production company, has named Katy Leigh vice president of the firm's marketing and creative content division. Previously, Leigh was a producer at the firm.

Long Beach Memorial Medical Center has named Dr. Gabriel Vorobiof medical director of noninvasive cardiology and cardiac imaging at the MemorialCare Heart and Vascular Institute. Previously, Vorobiof was an assistant professor at the Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Conn.

The Los Angeles County Museum of Art on the Miracle Mile has named Franklin Sirmans the Terri and Michael Smooke department head and curator of contemporary art. Previously, Sirmans was curator of modern and contemporary art at the Menil Collection, a Houston museum.

The Valley Industry & Commerce Association, a Sherman Oaks non-profit organization that advocates for San Fernando Valley business issues, has named Marla Vasquez to its board. Vasquez is a senior vice president and regional president for Wells Fargo's San Fernando Valley Community Bank.

Para Los Ninos, an educational and family social services organization in downtown Los Angeles, has named Zac Guevara chairman, Ronny Bensimon vice chairman, Autumn Mosteller Krischer secretary and Glenn Sonnenberg treasurer. Guevara is a retired financial analyst; Bensimon is chief executive of Dearden's Furniture in downtown Los Angeles; Mosteller Krischer is vice president at Wells Fargo; and Sonnenberg is president of Latitude Management Real Estate Investors in Westwood.

The California Apartment Association, a Sacramento-based trade association for people who own or manage rental properties, has named Ryan Minniear executive director for CAA's office in downtown Los Angeles. Previously, Minniear was a project manager for Davies Public Affairs in Santa Monica.

Qantas Airways Ltd., a Mascot, Australia-based airline, has named Rohan Garnett vice president of leisure sales in North America in the company's L.A. office. Previously, Garnett was a general manager at Jetstar Airways, a Melbourne, Australia-based airline.


Jerry Katz, a partner in the real estate practice of Century City law firm Glaser Weil Fink Jacobs Howard & Shapiro LLP, and Ryan Nowicki, an associate in the firm's tax practice, have earned the designation "accredited professional" under the Leadership in Energy and Environment Design program administered by the U.S. Green Building Council.
