PointRoll, a company offering online advertising services headquartered in Conshohocken, Pa., has hired Chris Baughman as assistant vice president of creative strategy, Ray McIntosh as West Coast sales director and Rhiannon Ubelhor as automobiles account executive, in its West L.A. office. Previously, Baughman was associate creative director at Crew Creative, a Miracle Mile marketing agency. McIntosh was director of the western region for Source Interlink, a media, publishing, merchandising and distribution company headquartered in Bonita Springs, Fla. Ubelhor was account manager for Conde Nast's Brides.com.
The Los Angeles County Museum of Art has named Geraldine Maloof associate vice president of human resources. Maloof was previously director of human resources and labor relations at the Los Angeles Opera.

Wells Fargo & Co. has named Linda Russell community bank regional president for the Pasadena and San Gabriel Valley regions. Previously, Russell was senior vice president for Wachovia's Greater Los Angeles market.
Stuart Goldstein has been named managing director in the Century City office of investment bank Moelis & Co. Previously, Goldstein was managing director and head of West Coast technology investment banking at Citigroup.
