Pacific Office Properties Trust Inc. has acquired four San Diego-area office buildings with almost 130,000 square feet of leasable space.

The acquisitions were announced Friday. They increase Los Angeles-based Pacific Office’s portfolio to 3.3 million leasable square feet.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The four properties include twin office buildings in the Scripps Ranch Business Park in San Diego. Pacific also about the Palomar Heights Corporate Center in Carlsbad and an adjacent building.

Pacific Office had acquired three office buildings in San Diego in May. Terms of those deals were not disclosed.
