Live Nation Inc.’s Swedish affiliate, Live Nation Sweden, said Wednesday that it has bought full control of two Swedish concert and festival promoters.

The Swedish division of the Beverly Hills-based concert promoter and record label said it acquired the stock it did not already own of concert promoter Luger Inc. AB as well as its sister company, Moondog Entertainment AB. Live Nation made initial investments of 49 percent in Luger and 25 percent in Moondog more than a decade ago, Live Nation said in a statement.

No financial terms of the deals were released.

The acquisitions will add promotion and festival activity to Live Nation Sweden. Luger has promoted concerts by artists including Coldplay, Arcade Fire, White Stripes and Duffy and has also established three music festivals in Sweden.

Shares in Live Nation were down 3.5 percent to $12.89 in early trading Wednesday.
