Toy maker Jakks Pacific Inc. said Tuesday that it signed a four-year license agreement with the Ultimate Fighting Championship organization to develop a line of collector-focused action figures. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The UFC product line is expected to launch next year and will feature UFC fighters Chuck "The Iceman" Liddell, Michael "The Count" Bisping and UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson "The Spider" Silva, among others, Malibu-based Jakks said in a statement.

The license includes the UFC Octagon, the ring in which the fighters square off, and other role-play items.

Shares in Jakks were down 22 cents to $22.81 in early trading Tuesday.
