TCA, a Southern California-based architecture, planning and urban design firm, has hired Michael McCoy as business development manager and Jean-Maurice Moul & #269;ne as studio director in its Los Angeles office. McCoy was formerly director of business development and marketing at the Glendale office of Leidenfrost/Horowitz & Associates Inc., an architectural design firm. Moul & #269;ne was previously director of business development for Moule & Polyzoides Architects and Urbanists in Pasadena.

City National Bank has hired Donald D. Douthwright as senior vice president and manager of its Long Beach commercial banking services unit. Douthwright was formerly senior vice president and alternate group manager at Comerica Bank's Long Beach middle market group.
BRC Imagination Arts, a design, creation and production company in Burbank, has announced the following promotions: Christian Lachel to vice president of brand experiences, Tisa Poe to vice president of educational attractions and experiences, and Rob Wyatt to vice president of entertainment experiences. The City of Long Beach has appointed Craig Johnson to manager of the Enterprise Zone Program, the city's economic development program. Johnson was previously administrator of the Business Technology Center of Los Angeles County.
