Biotechnology company Amgen Inc. disclosed that it recently received two federal subpoenas seeking documents related to its products, the Wall Street Journal reports.

In its quarterly report with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the company said it will cooperate fully in responding to the subpoenas, which were issued by the U.S. attorney’s offices of the Eastern District of New York and Western District of Washington.

Details about what products the attorneys’ offices are seeking documents about weren’t disclosed in Friday’s SEC filing.

Amgen also disclosed that earlier this month it was sued in New Jersey by the Sheet Metal Workers National Health Fund over alleged federal and state antitrust violations and violations of California’s Unfair Competition Law.
