Daum Commercial Real Estate Services and Illinois-based GVA Worldwide LLC will soon disaffiliate and end their GVA Daum association.

The partnership between Los Angeles-based Daum, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage company, and GVA Woldwide, a global brokerage network, created GVA Daum a real estate services company with 11 offices in Southern California and Arizona.

“We have the utmost respect for the GVA Worldwide network, however, the relationship no longer meets our strategic objectives for the future, which are taking our firm in a new direction,” said Daum chief executive Michael Nubel in a statement.

Daum declined to comment further.
