PS Business Parks Inc. has acquired Overlake Business Center in Redmond, Wash., for $76 million.

The 493,000 square-foot business park is 90 percent leased and has 171 tenants in 27 separate one and two story buildings.

Shares in PS were up 53 cents to $76.73 in afternoon trading Tuesday.

Overall, Glendale-based PS Business Parks owns more than 19 million rentable square feet of office space with approximately 3,800 customers located mainly in California as well as eight other states.
