Los Angeles investment group Riley Investment Management LLC said Tuesday that it has bought Country Coach Inc. for $38.8 million, including $13 million in debt.

The deal is expected to close within the next two weeks.

The Junction City, Ore.-based maker of high-end motor homes was owned by Perris-based National R.V., which bought the company 1996 for $9 million in cash plus $10 million of assumed debt.

Country Coach has been one of the few profitable businesses for National, which has posted a profit in just two of the last nine quarters.
