Spanish-language media giant Univision is preparing to sell its record label and publishing operations, according to the New York Post.

Interested parties include Universal Music Group, Warner Music Group, Sony BMG and EMI. Offers are expected to come in between $225 million to $325 million.

The label is being sold in connection with the $12.3 billion acquisition of the Los Angeles-based Spanish media giant by Saban Capital Group, Thomas H. Lee Partners, Providence Equity Partners, Madison Dearborn Partners and Texas Pacific Group.
