Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. said Wednesday that it has entered into an agreement with After Dark Films to produce and distribute movies together for the next three years.

Lions Gate will release After Dark’s “An American Haunting” on DVD next month as part of the agreement, the Santa Monica-based film company said. No financial terms were disclosed.

Shares in Lion’s Gate were up 4 cents to $10.25 in early trading Wednesday.
