Creatable Media Reaches Mall Deal

Creatable Media Inc., a Los Angeles-based company that sells advertisements on tabletops in food courts, has reached deals with the four largest shopping mall real estate investment trusts in the country. Under the agreement, Creatable will put its ads on the table in the nation’s 20 largest markets.


The REITs Simon Properties, General Growth Properties, Macerich Group and Westfield signed the agreement. Creatable expects to expand its coverage at a rate of about 10 malls per month. Creatable ads will appear in nearly 200 malls by the end of 2007.


Creatable reports that its ads reach about 50 million consumers each month at malls in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, Boston and Miami.
