AT & T; Inc. and TVG Network, an interactive horse-racing network owned by Gemstar-TV Guide International Inc., said Monday that they have reached an agreement to deliver TVG’s horse-racing programming as part of the AT & T; U-verse TV cable lineup.
Under the agreement, AT & T;’s cable customers will have access to eight live horse races an hour from more than 60 thoroughbred racetracks.
Shares in Los Angeles-based Gemstar were down 12 cents to $3.26 in early trading.
