Nickelodeon, a division of Viacom Inc. said Friday it has entered into a distribution agreement with a subsidiary of Santa Monica-based Activision.

Under the agreement, Activision will be the exclusive distributor of three new Nick Jr. video game titles: Dora The Explorer, The Backyardigans and Go, Diego, Go. The titles should be available by late September for around $19.99 and have been rated “E” for Everyone.

Shares in Activision were flat at $14.31 in early trading Friday.
