Gemstar-TV Guide International Inc. said Monday that TV Guide Online signed an agreement to syndicate its program listings grids to a handful of Fox Interactive Media Web sites and channels, as well as 25 local Fox affiliates.

The agreements with Fox Interactive Media give FOXSports.com, IGN Entertainment and the Fox Television Stations group the right to use the TV Guide interactive program listings on their Web sites and certain mobile extensions.

The agreements also include an exchange of content, where Gemstar-TV Guide may use news, highlights and other editorial features from FoxSports.com on TVGuide.com.

No financial terms of the agreement were released.

Shares in Los Angeles-based Gemstar were up 6 cents to $3.29 in early trading Monday.
