Oil Prices Drop to $69.35

Oil prices fell Wednesday after the U.S. government reported a rise in oil inventories, easing supply worries as the Thursday deadline neared for Iran to halt its nuclear program.


Light sweet crude for October delivery fell 36 cents to $69.35 a barrel in afternoon trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange, after tumbling as low as $68.65 earlier in the day.
