Luxury department store operator Neiman Marcus Group Inc. said on Wednesday it has hired an adviser to help it weigh the sale of the company or other strategic alternatives to boost shareholder value.
The Dallas-based company, which hired Goldman Sachs & Co., said there was no assurance that the process would result in any specific transaction.
