John Servatius has joined the Los Angeles office of Moss Adams LLP, a Seattle-based accounting firm. Prior to joining Moss Adams, Servatius was a tax partner with BDO Seidman LLP.
Brian J. Glover has been named principal at Zimmer Gunsul Frasca Partnership, an L.A.-based architecture, planning and interior design firm. Glover has worked as a project manager for the firm since 1995, and has overseen the Exposition Park Master Plan Implementation and the California Science Center World of Ecology project. The firm also named nine associate partners: Stuart Baur, Claus Best, Steve Brown, David Johnson, Aida Knur, Juan Minaya, Mauricio Ortega, Greg Putney and James Woolum.
Brian A. Kite, the former principal of Kite & Associates, has joined the Los Angeles office of Leo A Daly as vice president and managing principal. His projects include the Ventura County Crime Lab renovation and a 52-story mixed-use project nearing completion in Shanghai.

Ben T. Smith IV and Wayne K. Yamamoto have joined L.A.-based Rustic Canyon Partners as entrepreneurs in residence. Prior to joining Rustic Canyon, Smith was chief executive and co-founder of Spoke Software. Yamamoto was most recently a visiting scholar in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Washington.
Wescom Credit Union has named Tom Orman vice president of regulatory & legislative affairs and Yesceni Ramirez as vice president of community relations and business development. Orman was vice president of real estate planning and Ramirez was vice president of business and government affairs.
Renate Schweiger Kofahl has joined Charles Pankow Builders Ltd. as director of marketing. Pasadena-based Pankow specializes in large construction projects. Kofahl, an 18-year veteran of the industry, has directed marketing and communications programs for firms such as Seattle-based Callison Architecture Inc.
Long Beach-based Urban Pacific Builders LLC, which specializes in infill residential communities, has named Sean Mason senior construction manager. Mason previously served as a project manager for Avalon Bay Communities.
Adam Cohen has joined Buxbaum Group, a Calabasas-based consulting company specializing in turnarounds, downsizing and liquidation, as an appraisal analyst. Cohen is a 2004 graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Thomas Skul has joined PosiCharge, the industrial fast charger division of AeroVironment Inc., as national accounts sales manager. Skul was formerly national accounts sales manager at Drexel Industries, later acquired by Landoll Corp. AeroVironment is a technology firm based in Monrovia.
IO Film, a North Hollywood-based digital film finishing company, has promoted Evan Edelist to general manager and executive vice president. He was iO's senior vice president, development/head of new business.
The board of StereoVision Entertainment Inc. has appointed Theodore P. Botts as president and chief executive. Botts was previously chief financial officer. Kevin D. Elder was appointed chief financial officer. Elder was previously executive vice president of Secure Resolutions, which he had helped found. StereoVision, based in Van Nuys, produces and acquires film, television and music projects.
Robert Harper has been named vice chairman of Fox Filmed Entertainment. He was previously vice chairman of Twentieth Century Fox. Fox Filmed Entertainment produces, acquires and distributes motion pictures nationally and internationally. Both are controlled by News Corp.
Stompbox Music and Sound Design, a Santa Monica music production and post-production company, has promoted Tommy O'Brien to creative director and executive producer and hired Paul Hurtubise as sound mixer. O'Brien was a freelance composer with Stompbox and Hurtubise has worked in advertising for the past 10 years.
Dr. John A. Osterkamp, a partner at Verdugo Orthopedic Medical Group, has been elected chairman of the Verdugo Hills Hospital board. Osterkamp has served on the board since 1995.

Lu Parker has been named co-anchor of KTLA-TV's "News at Ten: Weekend Edition." Parker comes to KTLA from KENS-TV in San Antonio, where she hosted the station's daily live entertainment morning show, "Great Day SA." Parker was Miss USA 1994 and fourth-runner up in the Miss Universe Pageant.
Maple Counseling Center, a Beverly Hills-based non-profit community mental health counseling center has named Brian David Goldberg its new chief executive. Goldberg was most recently director of the Jewish Federation of Greater San Jose.

The Los Angeles area chapter of Women's Transportation Seminar has named Alexandra Spencer, Judi Masuda, Maria Guerra and Emilie Gino to its board. Spencer, media relations officer for DMJM + Harris, will serve as president; Masuda, who handles Gold Line community outreach for the City of Pasadena, as first vice president; Guerra, chief of staff of Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, as second vice president; and Gino, an education consultant, as treasurer.
