Parsons, the Pasadena-based construction management firm, said on Thursday that it acquired Sumner, Wash.-based RCI Construction Group.

The all-cash sale includes both Robison Construction Inc. and RCI Environmental Inc.; two separate operating companies, and over 400 pieces of heavy construction equipment in Washington, Oregon and Hawaii.

RCI founder Mark Robison will retain all of the company’s properties and lease them back to Parsons, Parsons said in a press release. Additional terms of the sale, including price, were not disclosed.

Sumner, Wash.-based RCI has more than $300 million in contracts and specializes in transportation, infrastructure, civil and industrial construction, and environmental site residential and commercial development projects.
