Real estate investment trust Trizec Properties Inc. sold the 383,000-square-foot office building Shoreline Square in Long Beach for $87.4 million to


GRE Shoreline Square LP

, a joint venture of Bantry Holdings and Guggenheim Real Estate. Trizec bought the 20-story property in 1998 for $64 million.


Chicago-based Trizec has one remaining property in Long Beach, the 443,000-square-foot Landmark Square.

, a Calabasas-based developer of telecommunications products, named William Everett senior vice president and chief financial officer, succeeding Paul Pucino, who resigned in January. Everett, the former executive vice president and chief financial officer of Steleus Group Inc., joined Tekelec through its October 2004 acquisition of Steleus. Recently, Everett has worked with Tekelec’s finance and accounting team to complete the company’s evaluation of its internal controls. At Steleus, Everett served as executive vice president and chief financial officer and was responsible for the finance and administration functions of the company.

‘s board declared a two-for-one stock split, payable on or about April 28 to stockholders of record at the close of business on April 18.



& #8226; Diodes Inc

, a Westlake Village-based semiconductor maker, increased revenue projections for the first quarter. The company now expects revenue to be slightly higher than the $47.9 million reported during the fourth quarter, and up about 17 percent from last year’s $41.4 million. Diodes also said it expects first-quarter gross profit margin to be comparable to the 33.9 percent reported during the fourth quarter, and up about 300 basis points from the 30.8 percent posted in the year-ago period.
