Not Close to a Deal

The Advertising & P.R. column (“Underachieving Spanish Daily Paper to Get a Boost,” Sept. 20), which included an item on Ogilvy & Mather, in part is misleading.

While Shubin + Donaldson is working on the design end with Ogilvy & Mather, they are not close to signing a deal at Conjunctive Points in Culver City.

A formal lease document has not been prepared by our legal counsel and no such document has been sent to Ogilvy & Mather at this time. We are continuing to speak with other tenants for the project and Ogilvy & Mather are evaluating their options, as well.
