Brian Tucker has been promoted to senior vice president and marketing manager at the Los Angeles office of KBK Financial Inc. His responsibilities include managing the office, overseeing marketing efforts and customer development activities. Tucker joined the firm as vice president and marketing officer in 1997.
Mahlon Vigesaa has been promoted to executive vice president at Imperial Bank. He will continue to serve as manager of the operation services group, overseeing all central operations, which provide support to all divisions of Imperial. Prior to joining, Vigesaa served as senior vice president and division manager at U.S. Bancorp.
Michael Wasson has been appointed senior vice president and regional director of sales and client service at ABN AMRO Asset Management. He will be responsible for the West Coast institutional investment management relationships of the firm. Prior to joining, Wasson has held similar positions at Bank of America and The Boston Co.
Paul Woolway has joined Sanwa Bank California as head of strategic project planning and business improvement. Woolway formerly served in the financial services consulting practices at both Arthur Andersen and KPMG Peat Marwick.
Mark Howorth has been promoted to vice president at the Los Angeles office of Bain & Co. He focuses on high technology and consumer products clients.
Shirley Eaton has been promoted to manager of advertising and public relations at North Hollywood-based Landmark Entertainment Group. Since joining the company in 1991, Eaton has served as executive assistant to both the company chairman and chief executive.
Jack Kindberg has been promoted to president of studio operations and administration for Sony Pictures Entertainment. He will be responsible for all aspects of the operation and administration of the two independently managed studio production facilities in Culver City. Most recently, Kindberg was president of the Culver Studios.
Mark Leemkuil has joined L.A.-based Milk & Honey Production Services as head of production. He will oversee all feature, television and commercial projects originating in the U.S. and filming abroad, with special emphasis on Latin American productions. Leemkuil has spent the past six years as a freelance producer.
Peter Cannone has been appointed vice president of the VAR channel at Merisel Inc. Previously, Cannone served as senior vice president of sales for MicroWarehouse.
Douglas Van Den Broeke has been appointed vice president of technology at Align-Rite International Inc. He will be responsible for the advancement, research and development of Align-Rite's photomask technologies and manufacturing capabilities. Most recently, Van Den Broeke was director of research and development at Photronics.
Andrew Kidde has been appointed director of sales for the Wilshire Grand Hotel & Centre. He will manage the hotel's staff, in addition to leading efforts to refine the hotel's reputation. Previously, Kidde was senior sales manager of the Anaheim Hilton.

DiSaia's practice is in the areas of product liability and medical malpractice. Picone practices in the areas of insurance coverage, bad-faith litigation and professional liability litigation.

Scott Ogilvie has been named managing director of the Western division office of Classic Residence by Hyatt. His focus will be to establish a presence for Classic Residence by Hyatt on the West Coast through land acquisition and the development of retirement communities. Most recently Ogilvie was a principal with the John Buck Co.
Andrew Stewart has joined TrizecHahn as leasing manager. He will be responsible for office leasing transactions at Citicorp Plaza in downtown Los Angeles. Prior to joining, Stewart was in a senior leasing position with a Los Angeles-based property company. In addition, Beth Sydow has joined as leasing manager. She will be responsible for Landmark Square and Shoreline Square in downtown Long Beach. Most recently, Sydow was a leasing manager for a Los Angeles-based real estate investment trust.
Stephanie Wilkes has been named national sales manager for the Pasadena Convention & Visitors Bureau. She will market Pasadena's meeting and convention facilities, including the Pasadena Conference & Exhibition Center and local hotels, to medical and religious organizations around the country, as well as to associations in Chicago. Previously, Wilkes served as senior sales manager for the Hilton Burbank.
Peter Moerbeek has been named president and chief executive of Southwest Water Co.'s wholly owned contract operations subsidiary, ECO Resources Inc. He will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the division. Moerbeek has been chief operating officer of ECO since January 1997.
