Margolis started working for Mayor Richard Riordan’s Office of Economic Development in November 1997; economic and financial analyst Dan R. Margolis joined the same office two months later.

Due to incorrect information supplied to the Business Journal, the bank table in the March 22 issue misidentified International City Bank, which as of June 30, 1998 one L.A. County branch with $16.2 million in deposits.

In the March 29 “Ask Lorraine” column, an incorrect Web address was cited for Schonfeld & Associates. The correct address is www.saibooks.com.
