Kevin Beggs has been appointed senior vice president of drama development at Lions Gate Media. Beggs will be based in Los Angeles and will be responsible for developing one-hour dramas with a particular focus on cable, syndication and the international marketplace. He previously served as a producer for "Baywatch."
