Total Compensation is the sum of total cash compensation and total long-term compensation.

Total Cash Compensation is the sum of base salary and bonus.

Total Long-Term Compensation is the sum of restricted stock awards, long-term incentive plan payouts, and the dollar value of options granted at fiscal year end. (When the Black Scholes method is used, the grant date present value is represented. When the 5 percent/10 percent appreciation method is used, the 5 percent value is represented.
