Kuba is the co-founder and principal of CIM Group based in mid-Wilshire. He co-founded the company in 1994 with Avi Shemesh and Richard Ressler. Since its founding, Kuba has worked on the company’s real estate, infrastructure and debt platforms. He also serves as the chief investment officer of Creative Media & Community Trust Corp., which is managed by CIM Group. CMCT focuses on the acquisition, ownership, operation and development of office and multifamily properties. The company recently has been involved in transforming the West Adams neighborhood. Prior to starting CIM Group, Kuba was involved in a number of entrepreneurial real estate activities including co-founding Dekel Development.
